ZNet Tech facilitates procurement transactions between the federal government and the industry. We do this by following a very simple process:
Understand the Buyer’s Needs
Through extensive dialog with the customer, we develop a complete understanding of the requirement, whether it be for products or services in IT, telecommunications or healthcare. We probe to identify preferred solutions and/or vendors and understand acquisition strategies, funding and timing issues.
Develop an Acquisition Plan
ZNet Tech, as an independent company, has the flexibility to propose multiple contract vehicles and strategies to expedite the procurement. We will suggest alternative companies, choosing from among our varied partner base.
Additionally, we will propose alternative contract vehicles, some of which are listed below.
Optionally, ZNet Tech can and will function as the Prime Contractor, utilizing our SDVO status.
As the Prime, ZNet Tech will assume all responsibility for project staffing, program management, and administration.
Prepare and Submit Proposals, Quotes and other Contractual Documents
ZNet Tech will be your single point-of-contact for your procurement needs. All communications between you and your preferred contractor or supplier will be facilitated, coordinated and administered by our dedicated staff.
Follow Up
ZNet Tech will monitor the entire procurement process through billing and collection to ensure all parties to the transaction are satisfied.
